2024 BOOKING INFO
Dear Friends of MQHA;
We're thrilled to announce that stall and trailer bookings will officially open on February 1st at 12:00pm (noon).
Stable as a Group?
For those looking to stable together as a group, please designate one person from each barn to fill out the form and submit it. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Deposit Deadlines:
Canada Day Classic: Deposits due by April 1st
Summer Sizzler: Deposits due by May 1st
Deposit Details:
$50 per stall per show
$50 per camping space per show
Important Note for Campers:
Due to limited space, there may be restrictions on opening canopies and slides. While we'll do our best to accommodate, please be aware of this possibility.
Barn Preferences:
We understand the importance of barn preferences, and we'll strive to place you in the requested barn. However, due to space limitations, it might not always be possible. Rest assured, even if you're not in your preferred spot, you'll be close to all the action!
Early Booking Advised:
To ensure your spot and avoid any disappointment, we encourage you to book as early as possible. Our 2024 season promises to be unforgettable, and we want you to be a part of it!
Online Booking System Only:
Please note that all bookings must be made through our online booking system. We kindly ask that you refrain from booking through emails, messages to the club's Facebook page, or personal pages of our show staff. The link will be posted on our Facebook page and website.
