Meeting and Activity Requirements
Must participate in 3 out of 5 meetings or activities:

Failure to meet any of the above guidelines will leave the rider responsible for all expenses involved in taking part in the Congress Youth Team “or” forfeit their spot to another rider. This will be at the discretion of the MQHA Youth Advisors and MQHA Board Members. Any extenuating circumstances will be discussed and voted on by the MQHA board.
Must participate in 3 out of 5 meetings or activities:
- Youth Weekend
- Equine Review
- Canada Day Classic Show Mini Meeting
- Summer Sizzler Show Mini Meeting
- Banquet
Furthermore:
- Congress Team participants MUST participate in Summer Sizzler Youth Team Tournament/Challenge. Or receive sign off from MQHA Board.
- Must attend a minimum of 50% of MQHA Shows.
- Must be a member of MQHA and MQHYA by the end of the first show (Canada Day Classic).
- Fundraising participation must be a minimum of $100 per rider or rider must have a sponsor of minimum $100.
- Any conduct unbecoming will automatically forfeit eligibility to compete. This includes but is not limited to: foul language, bullying, personal use of any illegal substances as well as inappropriate photos. Due to these youth representing the MQHA and MQHYA as a whole, conduct must be becoming of young lady or gentlemen.
