The Maritime Quarter Horse Association ...

is a group of people who trail ride, train, breed, show, and promote the Quarter Horse breed. Membership is open to everyone; you don't have to own a horse.

Our show facility is the Princess Louise Park Show Centre which offers a huge covered arena, several practice pens, spacious box stalls, camper hook-ups with electricity and water, plenty of viewing stands, on-site tack shops, on-site refreshments - all nestled in the picturesque town of Sussex, New Brunswick.

Look what’s happening in Atlantic Canada......

”MQHA MEGA SLOT” On the evening of September 13th, MQHA will make history by offering the first of its kind Slot Class in the North East. The top 2 year old Western Pleasure horse which can be either a Quarter horse, Paint or Appaloosa will take home a first place payout of $7500 with payouts thru 5th place. A $700 entry fee will entitle you to one of a limited number of Slots to be sold. Above profit proceeds will be donated to children’s charity. Wait, there’s more......watch for details on the novice youth/ youth mini slot with a $2500 1st place payout. To be held prior to “MEGA SLOT”.
